Refunds

There are no refunds on any services. If you have any issues with your retention after the service,
please let us know within 24 hours of your service date. After 24 hours you will be subject to normal policies.

Cancelation & Rescheduling

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee, and this applies to no shows as well.

Oil, dirt, and makeup buildup will affect your lash retention.

WASH LASHES DAILY

This keeps makeup, oil, and sweat from building up on your lash line, resulting in poor retention. We promise to always clean your lashes thoroughly before your fill appointment, but it is up to you after that. One cleaning every 2-3 weeks is not enough which is why we offer lash cleanser and make-up remover for sale for your home convenience. We want you to have the best lash experience!
